McCormick Mobile Media adheres to a strict no spam policy.  Customers opt-in to receive text messages from our clients and can opt-out by replying stop to any text message.  The opt-out instructions are automatically appended to every text message and cannot be removed.  Any customer found to be using our technology for spamming will be immediately terminated from use of service. 

Businesses can provide phone lists for import with proof of consent.  All imported phone lists will be monitored for high opt-out percentages.  If the opt-out rate from a phone list is above 20% McCormick Mobile Media reserves the right to terminate service.

Customer databases are the ownership of the said business and will not be sold or shared with any company or individual.

If you are a customer and having trouble opting out from a list please contact us through our Contact Us form and incude your 10 digit phone number and company with whom you signed up.  Opt-out requests can fail at times if you have an automatic signature.  In this case, temporarily delete your signature and reply stop to the text message.
